When discovering a fire, proceed as follows:

• Stay calm.
• Report the fire directly to the reception (extension 9).
• State who you are, what's going on, where it is.
• Press manual call point.
• If possible, extinguish the fire with one of the fire extinguishers in the hallway.
• Stay low to the ground in case of strong smoke development.
• Never use the lift.
• Follow the instructions given to you by our counselor.
• In the event of a general smoke alarm, leave the building as soon as possible. Please find the map with the nearest emergency exit on your hotel room door.
