You can easily connect your laptop to the beamer. There are several options for this. There is a touchscreen on the wall, tap it once to wake it up from sleep mode.

 
HDMI cable

 

  • In the left column 'Presets', tap 'Projection'. The beamer will switch on, the projection screen and the sunblind will lower.
  • There is a suitcase in the room in which you can find an HDMI cable. You plug this into your laptop and into the connection under the touchscreen.
  • On the touchscreen on the wall, first select the 'AV' tab at the bottom of the screen, after which you tap 'HDMI/VGA' in the second column at 'input select'
  • You can control the volume of the presentation by selecting 'Audio' as the source in the right column and swiping your finger over the volume slider.

Apple TV


Do you have an Apple device? Then you can easily connect via Apple TV. You do not need a cable for this.

 

  • You connect your device to the WiFi network with the name of the room where your meeting is taking place. The password is 'Meetings' (note the capital letter!).
  • On the touchscreen on the wall, in the left column 'Presets', tap 'Projection'. The beamer will switch on, the projection screen and the sunblind will lower.
  • On the touchscreen on the wall, first select the 'AV' tab at the bottom of the screen, after which you tap 'Apple TV' in the second column at 'input select'.
  • On your device, select the AirPlay icon (rectangle with a triangle in it). You will see a list of different room names. You select the room you are in.
  • Your device will ask for a code. This appears on the projection screen. Enter the 4-digit code on your device.
  • You can control the volume of the presentation by selecting 'Audio' as the source in the right column and

swiping your finger over the volume slider.
