You can easily connect your laptop to the beamer. There are several options for this. There is a touchscreen on the wall by the door, tap it once to wake it up.

HDMI cable

  • In the left column 'Scene', tap 'projectie'. The beamer will turn on, the projection screen and the blinds will lower.
  • There is a suitcase in the room in which you can find an HDMI cable. You plug this into your laptop and into the HDMI connection at the screen or the connection at the door of the room.
  • On the touchscreen on the wall, first select the 'AV' tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap 'HDMI / VGA deur' (door) or 'HDMI / VGA scherm' (screen) in the second column at 'source' (depending on which HDMI port you are using).
  • You can adjust the volume of the presentation by selecting 'Projection' as the source in the right column 'Audio' and swiping your finger over the volume slider. Make sure that the volume is not turned up fully. This is very loud!
